Swiss Family Robinson

If your family hasn't rented Swiss Family Robinson then you are in for a treat!
It is one of the best all time family movies. We are renting it again this weekend. We watch it at least once a year. The best part is that you can rent it for free at your local library. It has something for everybody, adventure, romance, family values and pirates. Give it a try!

Both of my grandfathers served in WWII. My cousin Elizabeth served recently in Afghanistan. This is a picture of my Grandpa Maurice. I am so thankful for him and to all who have served and currently serve our country. I can not imagine where we would be as a country if it were not for these men and women. Thank you!

I got to spend the weekend with my niece. She is two years old and oh so cute! Her mother kept calling her sassy all weekend. Missy, this one is for you!

This 4th of July I was reminded how small town America is still so incredibly patriotic.
I am so proud of both my grandfathers and all the other men and women who have served our country. God Bless America on July 4th and every other day of the year!
